My Journey

I didn’t feel well for most of my 20s. When my three kids started showing the same signs, I knew something had to change.

At first, I leaned on “healthy eating” and then turned to supplements like iron and vitamin D. They helped for a while — until new symptoms showed up. That’s when I realized our bodies aren’t meant to be bombarded with synthetic fixes.

Discovering the power of minerals changed everything. Whole foods matter, but they aren’t always enough on their own. Balanced minerals are crucial to balancing stress, sleep and hormones.

Today, I combine years of study, lived experience, and a passion for helping women feel well again. My mission is to guide you with compassion, clarity, and practical steps to get to the true root of your health struggles.

Hi, I'm Katie. A wife, mom of 3, and passionate about health. I have my masters in education and taught 1st grade for 10 years before I became a stay at home mom. For decades, I was plagued with low energy, food intolerances, sinus infections, hormone imbalances and terrible allergies. I was on countless antibiotics. My children have been my best teachers and are the reason I now help others to heal as a holistic health coach and certified Root Cause Protocol Consultant.
